Posture Alignment Specialist
Jessica is passionate about health care and helping others regain an optimal quality of life. As a dancer for 20+ years, she understands the importance of movement and healing through motion. Her journey into health care began as a mental health professional and she holds a BA in Psychology & Neuroscience through the University of Colorado at Boulder. In order to understand the whole picture, Jessica became a registered nurse and specializes in oncology and palliative care. She values empowering others to regain their own health. It was only natural, that her path led her to become certified in Postural Alignment Therapy through the Egoscue University in 2016. Jessica believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and is motivated to help others live pain free.
